Rye Museum held its summer party at Rye Castle on Friday the 26th of July. The weather was lovely, cool and sunny with a light breeze – contrasted with last year, when it was blowing a gale! — and turnout was high. Events at the Castle are always something special: wine, canapés and conversation in a beautiful setting. One of the benefits of membership is the opportunity to socialise in such lovely and historic surroundings.
